Do you have guild members or friends you suspect are inactive?

Now, on the US servers, when you visit the overall, world, or guild player list, the players who have been inactive the last 24 hours will be displayed with the background of the row shaded red.

I plan to migrate the changes over to the other servers over the next day or so, and we should also be seeing accurate data in terms of increase or decrease in points, or increase of battles.

Soon, we will be able to display historical data using graphs and other things to enhance the player and guild profile pages.

Update on calculated statistics for Players

Sorry that the count for points increase and battles increase is not accurate at this time, it should be automatically corrected when the next daily update occurs and should now display in red or green accordingly on the Player profile pages.

As with everything, we’ll have a few small bugs here and there, but if you see any, please notify me, and I’ll try to get them corrected as quickly as possible.

Thanks,

I’ve been busy!

I managed to get more of the international worlds up today, and you can take a look at them and see how the different countries tend to focus on different GB’s compared to what we push for in the States.

I’ve also had a few questions about how this site can be used to do different things, and one thing I want to point out is that all the tables are searchable by any field, and sortable by most of the columns.

For instance, you can go to the Great Buildings portion of your particular server and search for any name, such as “Alcatraz” or a player name and then sort it by the “FP Left” column and you can go through the list to see which ones are closest to leveling, and if you’re friends with them you can jump on for a quick profit :)

Thank you all for the positive comments and support, also, if you are fluent in both English and your native language and see some incorrect translations, please let me know about them so I can get the corrected.

I’d also like to invite any English speaking or foreign players to sign up as a Contributor for the blog to write your own player guides or tips and tricks and I will display them on the site so we can all benefit from your ideas and suggestions.

Welcome!

The aim of this site is allow you to quickly search for your favorite player or guild with the ability to sort and manipulate the data in ways that are simply not possible within the in game tabs.  You can go to the server list and select your server or another and see the ranking list for Players, Guilds, and Great Buildings like you can within the game, however, these pages also allow you to search any field within the table and bring up your results as fast as you search.  We will soon be creating leaderboards across multiple worlds and servers so you can see how you stack up against other players from around the world.  If you have any comments or feedback, please feel free to email us at webmaster@forge-db.com.

Best way to Level up your GB’s with Friends

Statue of Zeus, Cathedral of Aachen, & Castel del Monte

Statue of Zeus, Cathedral of Aachen, & Castel del Monte

Many players are in GB Clubs in which you get 5 points per player in the team, one day a week, and you’ve been doing it this way for far too long with lackluster results.  For one, there is always a teammate that will jump above the rest and “snipe” the top spot for rewards, or every starts donating a day early so they can be in the lead with the same FP given, then you’ll have a friend or a guildmate stop by, check it out, and top all of them and win back the #1 spot for only giving 1 or 2 extra FP and bumping one of the 5 members from a reward spot altogether.

So, the solution to this is to build a group that is structured as follows:

1.) Only 4 people per team.

2.) Do a round robin style donation ring in which you complete 1 level before moving on to the next person.

3.) Pre-arrange the donations and rewards to keep it in balance and equal for everyone.

One thing to note, is this works best when leveling up your Attack GB’s and doing them 1 at a time (Statue of Zeus, Cathedral of Aachen, and Castel del Monte), but it would work with any GB, if you all 3 have one at the same level in the beginning.

Most of the time, when I start one of these groups, we will have someone with a Level 3, and say, 3 others that are working on Level 4.  In that case, we would get the first person to equal level before starting the full rotation.  I’ve done it where it took 2 levels to get them up to par, etc.  But, in the end, it works out for everyone and is a truly fair donation scheme.

So, how does it work?

Let’s say you have Player A, Player, B, Player C, and Player D and they all want to get to +90% attack, and they all have similar level GB’s.

Rotation Schedule:

Here we have 4 players, 1 with a Level 6, 1 with a Level 7, and 2 with Level 8 CoA’s

This list is to be used with the Reward Schedule posted below.

As you can see, we start out with the person that has one that is 2 levels below par, and get them up to level first.

Player A - CoA - Lvl 6 (Player A donates to Player B)
Player A – CoA – Lvl 7 (Player A donates to Player B)
Player B – CoA – Lvl 7 (Player B donates to Player C)
Player C – CoA – Lvl 8 (Player C donates to Player D)
Player D – CoA - Lvl 8 (Player D donates to Player A)
Player A – CoA - Lvl 8 (Player A donates to Player B)
Player B – CoA – Lvl 8 (Player B donates to Player C)
Player C – CoA – Lvl 9 (Player C donates to Player D)
Player D – CoA – Lvl 9 (Player D donates to Player A)
Player A – CoA – Lvl 9 (Player A donates to Player B)
Player B – CoA – Lvl 9 (Player B donates to Player C)
Player C – CoA – Lvl 10 (Player C donates to Player D)
Player D – CoA – Lvl 10 (Player D donates to Player A)
Player A – CoA – Lvl 10 (Player A donates to Player B)
Player B – CoA – Lvl 10 (group is done, unless you do another GB)

Reward Schedule:

As you use the above list to start the group, you follow this exact template below each time you are on that particular player’s GB, therefore the rewards are always pre-set for #1-#3 as you move through the donation ring.

Player A's GB:

Player B, Player C, and Player D donate to Player A’s – 10 fp/day until it levels.

Player A donates to Player B – 10 fp/day

Spot 1 is taken by Player D
Spot 2 is taken by Player C
Spot 3 is taken by Player B

Player B's GB:

Player C, Player D, and Player A donate to Player B’s – 10 fp/day until it levels.

Player B donates to Player C – 10 fp/day
Spot 1 is taken by Player A
Spot 2 is taken by Player D
Spot 3 is taken by Player C

Player C'S GB:

Player B, Player D, and Player A donate to Player C’s – 10 fp/day until it levels.

Player C donates to Player D – 10 fp/day

Spot 1 is taken by Player B
Spot 2 is taken by Player A
Spot 3 is taken by Player D

Player D's GB:

Player A, Player B, and Player C donate to Player D's - 10 fp/day until it levels.

Player D donates to Player A – 10 fp/day

Spot 1 is taken by Player C
Spot 2 is taken by Player B
Spot 3 is taken by Player A

In the end, you all end up with a Level 10 GB, and you each get equal rewards along the way and you can send out a guild notice once it gets close and let others snag the bottom two spots for cheap rewards, since the top 3 spots will always be locked in.  You can set the daily requirement of Forge Points to any amount, and of course, the higher the amount the quicker your buildings will be leveled!

Hope it helps!
